We have excellent pedestrian access to other businesses, Redmond Town Center, Redmond Transit Center, Redmond City Hall, Library, high density residential, restaurants, banks, post office, supermarkets, daycare, parks, coffee shops, close access to 520 and Highway 202, two miles to Microsoft, and many other services.

In November 2007, Seattle Business Monthly selected and ranked 35 cities in the State of Washington as “Best Cities for Business”. The survey criteria was based on population, crime rate, median home price, bachelor’s degrees, 5 year population growth, amenities, job growth/unemployment, per capita income, median household income. The magazine ranked Redmond as #1. Employers are drawn to Redmond’s overall corporate environment and business friendly tax climate. Unlike Bellevue and other neighboring cities, the City of Redmond does not have a Business & Occupation tax on income. The city has since become a full-fledged business center that is attractive to both current employees and new recruits. The city is working on its new $6 million Redmond Intelligent Transportation System, which will help manage traffic and congestion with the aid of fiber-optic communication – an apt solution for the home of one of the world’s most impressive tech sectors*.
